It might be frustrating at first, but as you get the hang of it, you will be able to master making a fantastic ship. Try to find a good balance between attack and defense. It is best to play around and experiment with your ship. The Speed and Armor improve with more blocks added to the ship, engine type, and whether or not the ship has any wings attached to it.Īnd that is about all there is to building a Gummi Ship.
While in this mode, press the to see all of the animations and attacks your ship can do. To enter Inspect Mode press while in Build Mode. This will allow you to see the placement of your blocks, as well as the changes to the ships stats. To view the ship you have constructed enter the Inspect Mode. They can float right along side the ship itself. Also remember the blocks do not ahve to be attached in any way. The cursor will move in acordance with the level change.Īdjusting the level allows you to place blocks above or below the main part of the ship. If you wish to place blocks on different levels of the grid, press or to raise and lower the level of the grid.
When the selected block disappears, and the block attached is highlighted with a, you can remove the block by pressing. To remove the block, move the to the position of the block you want to remove from the model. When the block is in the desired position, press to confirm the placement of it. To adjust the block, rotate it with the Left Analog stick. The block that has been selected will move with the cursor. To add blocks, press the directional button to move the around the grid. Press the to then place the block, or to remove them. Use the Right Analog Stick to rotate the construction area, and use the D-Pad to move the to the location you wish to place a block. When you are ready to begin building, press or to enter Build Mode. Before placing it, you can change its color by using the spraywhich is purchased from Cid in Traverse town. The Gummi Block on the left side of the screen is the one that will be placed when Build Mode is entered. The quantity of each block is listed under the class icon. The calsses are:Īs you cycle through the blocks, watch for the class icon in the lower left of the screen. In Select Mode, you can choose the Gummi Blocks you wish to place individually, or by class. Once a model has been started with a blueprint, you can add or remove Gummi Blocks, then save it to a new blueprint. You can still build the model with the blocks you have, but the ship will not be complete. If you do not have enough blocks, a message will appear telling you this. The green ones have to be built to the specification of the plan first. These ships can be changed and designed to your liking. The Blue ones are of ships you ahve created and saved. The green blueprints are from ships found within the game. Here you will see a complete list of all of the Blueprints you have gotten thus far. To make a brand new Gummi Ship, select the garage option. And from there continue to hit until the main menu is brought up.īelow we will go over each of the 3 different modes inside the Gummi Garage. If you make a mistake, simply hit to return to Select Mode. In the garage, you will be able to build and customize many different Gummi Ships. While on the Navigational Map, hit the button to enter the Gummi Garage.
